We disassembled the bottom mount freezer n our Jenn Air refrigerator to remove all the ice and then located the clogged grommet on the back of the unit and cleared it and added a notch. • Leaking

Thought leak was coming from icemaker but refrigerator was making ice just fine. had puddle on floor just below freezer door. upon closer inspection realized leak was coming from drain line. there were 2 pieces of tubing and the connector. leak was coming from where tubing goes into connector. wanted to replace it. didn't know what it was called. did live chat with someone I think was named James. he sent me diagrams and I could identify the part. once identified I ordered it. boom.... I had called a local appliance repair tech to replace this part but he got sick before I received the clips. Took a little under an hour to replace the clips, install the new handle, the left side crisper drawer support, and a new crisper drawer cover (from a previous order). First I emptied and cleaned out the entire refrigerator. Then I unplugged and defrosted the unit. As that was happening, I vacuumed out the back compressor area. ( the noise reduction pad disintegrated so replaced) , Googled the problem, and watched a youtube video on how to test and fix the issue.
