  I figured after 10.5 years that it might be time to replace the dispenser hoses because I was noticing black stuff in the dispenser trays.   The upper counter-balance weight mount design is a poor design to begin with. It started to rattle loose approximately 5yrs into the 8yrs that we've owned it.
