Install notes
- Shut off the refrigerator water supply before starting work
- Tip: loosen slowly and re-tighten by hand then wrench to avoid overtightening and damaging tubing
- If replacing a corroded nut, inspect the ferrule/sleeve and mating fitting and replace if damaged

The bearing on the dryer drum wore out so bad the ball fell off Thomas J. • Green Bay , WI • October 31, 2016
I replaced the ball and socket connection for the drum. After doing so, I realized that the belt had been stretched and the tension pulley was not putting enough tension on the belt to turn the drum. After ordering a new belt, extra screw that was lost while disassembling the dryer, and some high temperature lubricant for the drum ball and socket the dryer now runs as well as it did when it was new.
