Followed the LG owner's manual instructions for cleaning the wash "arms". After that was complete the lower arm wouldn't operate. The filter assemble was caked with calcium, so decided to replace it and the lower spray arm and the "Holder" as your catalog described it. Removal and replacement were easy. The exploded parts diagrams on your website were very helpful.

I replaced the dishwasher circulation motor. I also replaced the impeller assembly, although it turns out that was not necessary.
