Relocation of front load washing machine missing transportation bolts. Timothy J K. • Warners , NY • April 22, 2019
AppliancePartsPros.com carefully looked up and provided the correct bolts required so the washer drum would not move during transport. Representative really took the time to make sure we had the right bolts. That was important to me...no matter how long it took! The bolts arrived the next day as promised...I had to expedite them due to time limitations. They worked liked a charm and I have run the washer without missing a beat! thanks soooo much!

Loud clunking noise when spinning. Albert C. • Pinckney , MI • January 08, 2024
The lower counterweight had worked loose and fractured into three pieces. Two of the three pieces were still held together by the plastic covering and the third piece wedged between the front drum cover and the outside case.
Problem was fixed by replacing the lower counterweight and the retaining screws - two of the screws were damaged so I replaced all four screws.

Wobbling/loud tub on lg washer (broken spider) Ryan T. • Indianapolis , IN • January 20, 2017
I opted to save myself about $600 by repairing my 8 year old LG washing machine rather than buying a new one. After watching some videos I determined what I needed upon taking my washing machine apart. I ended up replacing the tub (includes spider and shaft), since I could not get the spider part removed from the original tub, as well as the motor bolt (which had broken when I removed it from the original tub's shaft). The spider was cracked and the shaft was wobbling which caused it to...

This inlet hose routes household water into the appliance's fill system, providing a secure, watertight connection. Replacing a worn, cracked, or leaking hose restores proper fill and helps prevent leaks and cycle interruptions.
- Directs incoming water from the supply connection to the appliance's inlet/fill assembly
- Maintains a sealed path to prevent drips and leaks
- Replace if the hose is cracked, swollen, kinked, or fittings are corroded
- Typical symptoms include leaks behind/under the unit, slow or no fill, or a water supply error message
What's included: One inlet hose. Installation notes:
- Disconnect power and shut off the water supply before servicing
- Place a towel or pan to catch residual water and relieve line pressure
- Note routing and fitting orientation; transfer any seals/clips from the original if required
- Start threads by hand to avoid cross-threading; tighten snugly without overtightening, then restore water and check for leaks

This drain hose cap seals and secures the refrigerator defrost drain outlet so meltwater is directed into the drain hose instead of pooling in the cabinet. Replaces a worn or damaged cap to help stop interior leaks and water buildup. What it does:
- Seals the defrost drain outlet to prevent water from spilling into drawers or onto shelves.
- Guides defrost/meltwater into the drain hose and toward the drain pan.
- Helps reduce odors and pests entering through an open drain opening.
- Fits onto the drain outlet to replace cracked, missing, or loose caps.
What's included: One drain hose cap. Install notes:
- Disconnect power before working inside the refrigerator to avoid electrical hazard.
- Remove shelves and drawers as needed to access the drain outlet; clear any visible debris or ice first.
- Press the cap firmly onto the drain outlet/hose until fully seated; avoid excessive force or prying tools.
- After installation, pour a small amount of warm water down the drain to confirm proper flow and seating.

Washing machine was making a rumbling noise during the spin cycle Steven Q. • Beaumont , CA • July 03, 2026
Watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos to replace the tub bearings. Completely disassembled the washing machine. Found that water leaked past the rear tub gasket causing the inner tube bearing to corrode. Replaced both bearings and tub gasket. Inner bearing was the cause of the problem but I replaced both bearings and tub gasket.
