Bought new case-ice-route from AppliancePros.com for Samsung Refrig RF267ABRS. Part arrived intact and on-time. On my Samsung model, the original part has a chute (clear piece) with a molded channel for the water dispensing tube to sit in. The new part did not have this molded channel in the clear piece hence I took a rasp and carved it out. After some minor filing, completed the R&R and everything works great.

Ordered replacement clips. The replacements don't come with screws or the caps to cover the screws, so save all the hardware aside from the plastic hinges. You need to order the upper and lower halves of the hinges. The repair was very quick and easy, took about 5 minutes to attach the hinges to the shelf, and screw the shelf back into the side of the ice maker. Very happy to have the shelf back.
