The ice tray would not operate properly because the ice maker support was broken. I found the support I needed on Appliance Parts Pros site, then I watched their video on how to remove the support / ice tray from the fridge. Following the video I replaced the support and ice tray then put the assembly back into the fridge and "wallah" started making ice. No tools needed for this repair. Top bin broke and fell on the bin below which caused it to break. Definitely a design flaw when so much weight is resting on a narrow,thin piece of plastic. Note: A full bin is an overloaded bin! I appreciate pricing and quick service of APP. Read more
