My Samsung side by side was freezing up the cooling coils. My repair started by reading online problems of others and replacing parts they replaced. These parts were very inexpensive probes, less than $10 each, from this site. Although they turned out not to repair the problem, they were the most obvious and easies attempt. Parts are exactly as described in the user's guide.
I shutdown the water, removed the old parts ( I had already thrown away the ice bucket), cleaned up a bit, and put the parts back in.
Pressed the test button and off it went!
Parts were delivered as promised and they were carefully packaged so that they would not break. I am really satisfied with my purchase.
Took me longer to clean up around the fridge than to change the parts!
