Ice was coming out of the bottom back panel inside of the freezer Joseph K. • Naperville , IL • May 31, 2014
Unplug the freezer and let the ice melt. Unscrew the back panel (6 screws, two have caps on them). unplug the heater. Pull the bottom of the cooling coil forward. Remove the heating pan and the wire from the right side. Install the new heater making sure you put the bottom looped wire back in the drain hole. Put the panel back on and you are done. I used foil tape to re secure the pan. None comes with it.

A local handyman (can't remember his name or company) He removed the back of the inside and cleaned out a drain for $100 and gave us your web site and the part numbers. I ordered the parts on the website without difficulty. They came and we replaced the shelves and all is well.
Refrigerator will last many more years.
