I ordered a slightly different p/n (DC97-14493B) and being I'm a fairly capable DIYer, I made a minor modification to make the part I needed (DC97-14493A). The opening for the Assembly Guide Water, Silver Care Kit was blocked. At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part. After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle. Once I replaced that part and replaced a few missing parts I lost all found on your store the unit went together just as it came apart and works excellent. Read more

When we first removed the drain filter from the washer, we noticed the O-ring had a slight defect which made removal hard and reinstallation almost a nightmare. Finally we ordered another filter when we ordered a water valve/thermistor for the mother-in-law's washer. Filter installed a lot easier than the original one. Should have ordered one way sooner! Broken spider on Samsung WF330 after 8.5 years - faithful operation up to that point, so repair attempted. Spider, bolts, and support spring bushings (which can be unsnapped to make spring removal and thus tub removal super easy) ordered along with tub seal, bearings, and shaft seal from Amazon.com. First I checked the breaker and outlet and both were good...then I unplugged the machine, took the top off, and removed the control panel.
