When I opened the rear cover and check the temperature sensor, I noticed the wire connection was damp. I dried it up with a hair dryer and it worked again for a few days. Then the problem came back. When I gone back to inspect the second time, i noticed a lot of water on the floor. I knew there was a leak. Replacing the upper nozzle connector did the trick. I could not see damage in the older upper nozzle, it is possible that I could have fixed this just by tightening the parts - but i am happy I purchased both the upper nozzle and check valve ball, it feels good to have installed brand new parts in the washer. The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. All other controls worked and there was no error code displayed. The repair was to replace the whole control board which cost around $100. Heavy sigh.. Be sure to keep track of all your screws. At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part. After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle. Once I replaced that part and replaced a few missing parts I lost all found on your store the unit went together just as it came apart and works excellent. Read more
