Sandy, The ER03 would be a wash pump that is dead. You will want to test to see if there is power getting to the wash pump and if there is power then replace the motor.

TJ, The HO code that is showing is a water heating delay which means that the unit had to pause because the water coming into the unit was not adequately hot enough. The water not being hot enough can also cause the unit to not dry properly as it takes more time for the heater to get the dishes hot enough to disperse the moisture. Also you will want to make sure that you are using a rinse aid in the unit or a detergent with rinse aid but not both. Make sure that the water temperature coming into the unit is at least 125 degrees.

Tracy, The sensor [AP3580342} shouldn't be the issue, it determines the water clarity and extends or reduces the wash run time automatically. You have good water pressure but you may have a clogged fill valve 154569201 start the dishwasher and let it fill and wash for 5 minutes, unlatch the door, remove the bottom rack and check the water level at the center near the spray arm support, the water level needs to be at least one(1)inch deep, if not there isn't enough water in the system to feed the upper spray arm properly. If the water level is in range or above, you'll need to check the impeller 154844101 for damaged vanes and the volute 807145201 and shift ball for obstructions and debris.

Mike, The heating element would need to be replaced if it is warped but you would also want to replace the thermostat part number 154290204.

Jeremy, You would want to test the thermostat to make sure that it is good but it could also be an issue with the relay in the control board sticking. You will want to check to make sure that there is not constant power going to the heating element without shutting off.
