Scott June 10, 2021 for Model Number LRA18HMU212 The controls seem to work fine, the power comes on and I can change the mode from A/C to Heat and I can change the fan speed, etc. The Fan runs perfectly. The A/C will cool, but it will never turn off...just keeps cooling no matter what I have the temperature set to...just keeps cooling. Back in the winter, the heating elements wouldn't come on. Again, the fan worked and the controls worked, just no heat coming out. Please give me kind of a list of parts that might be causing this issue and I will replace them one at a time to see if the problem resolves. Since right now it's summer time I am most concerned about getting the A/C up and running. Thanks!

Dusty April 18, 2017 for Model Number FFRE2533S20 I can turn my unit on in heat mode and the unit does not shut down when temp is reached. Secondly, in cool mode, the heat circuit is also active causing both heating and cooling to run simultaneously. I disconnected the power side of the heat strip and can run in cool mode but the unit still keeps running even after the temp setting has been reached. Is this the circuit board or a thermistor; or something else?

You can change the temp. up and down on the display, but will come back to H5 code and no fans or anything will work. Change mode back to A/C, compressor fires up and fans come on just fine.
