Tommy October 05, 2019 for Model Number JBP79W0B4WW I replaced my bake element with WB44T10011. It looks exactly the same as the old element and was an easy install. I did encounter a problem though and that is the holes on the metal plate in back for the retaining screws don't line up with the original oven holes. It's a couple mm off and I can't tighten everything back, as the retaining screws won't line up. What's the solution? Can i just leave the screws out?
1 Answer Tommy, there should be enough spacing to be able to move the element around to be able to line the mounting bracket to the cabin. As the new element heats up, it will season and settle into place as the original was. Read More...

Gina December 25, 2018 for Model Number J TP86B0F3BB Is it possible for both the heating elements to go! There is a one located at the bottom of the oven and one inside on top. When the oven stops heating, is it both or one? And gosh which one?
1 Answer Gina, remove the elements and do a resistance check with a multimeter, you should read about 19-22 ohms. If your elements are good, you will probably have a faulty control; board. Read More...
