Hello Torris. LOCKED MOTOR ERROR. You need to check: • The connector (3-pin, male, white) in the MOTOR HARNESS is not connected to the connector (3-pin, female, white) of STATOR ASSEMBLY. • The electric contact between the connectors (3-pin, male, white) in the MOTOR HARNESS and 4-pin, female, white connector in the MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY is bad or unstable. • The MOTOR HARNESS between the STATOR ASSEMBLY and MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY is cut (open circuited). • The hall sensor is out of order/defective.

Chris, The model number listed is not showing as a valid model number. Most likely you will need the line filter and the control boards for the unit.

Keith for Model Number wm2455HW

Washer does not wash clean anymore. Clothes does not get wet enough. Been this way for months. Used to see water kind of running over the front bottom seal but now barely. No error codes. Removed the Air Chamber - no blockages. No air restriciton when blowing thru the inlet hose. Tried washer again - still same issue. Have replaced the pressure switch, removed and reseated the connectors at the main PCB board - still same issue. Have PDF manuel for trouble shooting this model but the washer is not broken enough to generate any error codes. Is there a factory reset that could possible resolve this problem or something else I can check just shy of replacing the Main PCB? Would appreciate any help. Thanks

Hello Keith, You need to check the screens in the water valve and check for screens in the inlet hoses. If there are none or they are clear, it is most likely a water valve not allowing the water to enter the unit at full pressure.

TJ, You will want to reach into the drain pump and check the impeller to make sure that when you spin it there should be a magnetic type catch when spun. Also check the tube at the bottom of the tub to make sure that there are no restrictions in the tube. If all checks ok then replaced the control board.
