Gerald, unfortunately, the manufacturer does not show a substitute part for the discontinued main control DC92-00382A. As this is the case, we can not recommend an alternative part.

Jaz, The FE Error is a power source issue. Check the unit for issues with connections at the terminal block, check to make sure that there are no wiring issues. Also, check to make sure that the power supply to the unit is good.

Junior, The "HE" error code indicates an " Invalid heating Temp in running the dryer" you may want to start by checking the exhaust vent and vent hood for clogs, kinks, etc., and make sure the vent hood isn't damaged or collapsed. Then check and clean/clear any debris or lint from the lint filter duct and blower wheel and housing. then check the resistance of the DC32-00007A Dryer Thermistor, Approx 250KO at 77 °F(room temp.) if all checks OK, suspect a "sticky" heater relay on the main control board.

Juan Doh for Model Number Samsung Dryer DV350AEW

Dryer dies repeatedly in Mid Cycle. After dying, when I restart the machine - the LED display only lights up about half way. The lights are dim and the bell ding is weak. If I wait just a bit - it will fully power back on - but within a few minutes of running - the display starts flickering on and off; and the machine dies. I have tested the: heating coil, thermal fuse, and thermostat - all had continuity. I went ahead and replaced them anyways since I already had the parts. The dyer continued suffering the same symptoms. Since this seems like it'd obviously be a power issue - I also checked the wall outlet for power; got both the 120 & 240v readings. And I checked the plug wire connections; which also tested fine; along with checking the breaker. I'm assuming (by process of elimination) the culprit is either the Main Power Control Board or the User Control Board? I've also read that motor dying can cause similar symptoms - but they weren't quite similar enough plus the drum starts strong and turns just fine every time it's first turned on. Am I looking in the wrong direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Juan, This issue would most likely be caused by the main control board DC92-00382A on the unit. You will want to check wiring between main board and user interface but the main board will be most likely cause.

Darlene, The FE error code indicates a power interruption. There is a power source frequency error. You would want to check the power supply to the unit and have electric company check the frequency of lines coming into the home. If these check ok then the control board would be the issue.

Jen, Check the wire harness for the moisture sensor bars and check to make sure that the venting is clean. If these things check ok then the issue will be a faulty main control board.

Hello Tim, If the unit is not igniting and the ignitor and the coils have been changed it will have to be a wiring or gas valve DC62-00201A issue.
