Darlene for Model Number DV350AEG/XAC 04 I have a Samsung Steam dryer. It heats up and runs/turns. But it only runs for a couple of minutes then on the display screen a "FE" error code comes up. Would this mean I need a circuit board? Would like to get confirmation if that's the case.
Answer Darlene, The FE error code indicates a power interruption. There is a power source frequency error. You would want to check the power supply to the unit and have electric company check the frequency of lines coming into the home. If these check ok then the control board would be the issue.
