Andrew March 08, 2020 for Model Number NE595R0ABSR/AA-0000 I had a SE error code on my stove.. I cleaned the key pad ribbon and the oven started working.. month later SE code again.. I replaced the control board and key pad assy and now I don't get any functions and no display of any kind.. the thermo coupler is good. any thoughts? bad new control board or both? thnx Andy
1 Answer Hello Andrew, SE fault code is for a stuck keypad, Usually, that only involves replacing the keypad/switch membrane assembly. If there is no display or responses on the keypad, try reinstalling the old control board with the new keypad as a test. Read More...
Danuta February 10, 2020 for Model Number Samsung Electric Range Mod# NE595R0ABSR. I chatted yesterday about a problem with my Samsung electric range model# NE595R0ABSR. After sending this information: “The stovetop works. The touchpad has no light at all, and touch buttons are death and the oven does not have light when I opened the oven door. Normally when I open over door the light was lighting. Which part I need to purchase?”, I was advised to buy part number AP5653328. Before I purchase, I need to know if you sell Genuine Samsung Parts and the parts are NOT refurbished.
1 Answer Hello Dunuta, yes it is a new Genuine Samsung Part. One other point is to check that the neutral circuit to the stove is still functioning, as it would also explain the symptoms if it is not. Read More...
Joyce January 30, 2020 for Model Number NE595ROABWD/AA My oven will not heat up at all. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank You Joyce
1 Answer Hello Joyce, if the cooktop burners are working then the stove has the correct voltage,240v, in that case, run this test mode to check for fault codes in the main control board. 1. Press ‘Clock’ pad. 2. Press a number pad 1,2,3,4, 3. Press the ‘START/SET’ pad. 4. Press ‘Clock’ and number ‘1’ pads at the same time for 3 seconds. Check codes are displayed. 5. Press number ‘0’ pad, the latest 4 check codes can be checked. But, if the oven turns off, the stored check codes are deleted. 6. Press ‘OFF/CLEAR’ pad to return to normal display mode. Read More...
John July 24, 2019 for Model Number NE595R0ABSR/AA My Samsung electric range would shut down as if it lost power and would only temporarily reset. The error code SE indicated that the control panel needed to be replaced. Once replaced the cook top eyes function however the touch pad is completely unresponsive. Any suggestions?
1 Answer John, The SE error code indicates a shorted keypad. Recheck the keypad ribbon for cracks, creases, breaks, etc. Make sure the ribbon is properly inserted and seated in the connector on the new control board. If all's OK replace the DG34-00020A / DG34-00020A Switch MEMBRANE;NE595R0*. Read More...
Phyllis July 02, 2019 for Model Number NE595R0ABSR The convection bake element does not get hot when I turn on the oven. The bake element in the top of the oven does. I checked the convection bake element with a multimeter and it registered 71 ohms. Any ideas why it won't heat?
1 Answer Phyllis, The convection is controlled by a relay on the board. The board part # is DE92-03045F Read More...
Carey March 10, 2019 for Model Number Samsung NE595R0ABSR/AA The 5 on the keypad stopped working. I unplugged the ribbon cable and cleaned the contacts but that did not work. About 4 months ago I ordered a new keypad from APP but initially that did not fix the problem, but then it mysteriously started to work several hours later. Now it does not work again, and I just discovered the Clock button also does not work (daylight savings today). Could this be an issue with the main PCB?
1 Answer Carey, this may be an issue with the main control [DE92-03045F]. You may want to check the ribbon cable for any signs of a break or burnt ribbon wire, but from the information provided it does point to the main control as being an issue. Read More...
Mike N March 07, 2019 for Model Number NE595R0ABBB/AA-0000 My wife turned on the right front (dual) (right when facing the stove) and heard a pop and thought she saw a spark. Nothing appears burnt in the back of the stove. The stove seems to work but the hot surface light stays on and the right dual burner stays warm to the touch when turned off. I turn it on and it works. I switched out the burner controls from the left and right burners and nothing has changed. It seems to me to be the control board but before I spend $128 or so I thought I would ask your opinion. Thanks for any help Mike
1 Answer Mike, With the hot surface light staying on this issue will be a faulty element. Check for wiring that is damaged. Read More...
Mrp January 25, 2019 for Model Number NE594R0ABSR/AA My oven is not heating correctly. I've got my DVR out and tested the voltage on the leads that supply the bake element and also ohm'd out the baking element itself. Bake element read 22 ohms. I read the tolerance is between 10-50 ohm's. So I feel I'm good there. The voltage supplied to this element is only 24 VDc. So i'm leaning on the relay, which is all on the Main PCB. I have a discrepancy though with the part number. The part number on the original PCB is DE41-00376B, but in this part book for my range model NE594R0ABSR/AA it shows DE92-03045F. Any chance someone has a verified parts book for Samsung Electric Range NE594R0ABSR/AA that can post what it shows in the manual?
1 Answer Mr P, the main control is going to be part number DE92-03045F DE92-03045F based on the manufacturers parts diagram. Read More...
John Wiegand September 03, 2018 for Model Number NE595RO I have lost power to all elements and oven. And yet, the clock and timer work just fine. The oven control starts the oven heating sequence, but the temp never goes above the initial 150 degrees. The oven just does not heat. The stove has power, but no power to the elements or oven.
1 Answer John, Check the power supply to make sure that you are getting 240 vac to the unit and check the terminal block and wiring to make sure that it is not damaged causing improper voltage. Read More...
Dinet August 10, 2018 for Model Number NE595R0ABSR Range Tech Sht. includes schematic but is incomplete. e.g. does not show wiring diagram connections to PCB. Appears to Indicate CN01 as Pwr Supply, but does not reference this number to anything specific? Possibly no power to PCB but insufficient info to troubleshoot or identify Pwr. input terminals? Possibly a plug with one Red & one Wht wire? Unable to identify these wires on the schematic? Taking stove to Repair Ctr. would be Min. 4 day trip with accommodation, trailer required, etc.
