Jim February 16, 2019 The bottom ice maker cycles but doesn't fill with water. The bale arm is stuck in the up position. I can't make it go down. 1 Answer Roy, You will want to check to make sure that the fill tube is not frozen. The fill tube has a heater on it that should keep it from freezing so you would want to check to make sure that the heater is working.
