Jim The bottom ice maker cycles but doesn't fill with water. The bale arm is stuck in the up position. I can't make it go down. I removed the ice maker to see if the electricity was removed it would release, but that didn't help. The refrigerator model is RFG298HDBP, WIRE black, blue, and yellow have continuity. Do I need to order a new one?
