1 Answer Hello Jen. If your talking about the solenoid DA74-40151G, you will pull ice bin out. Once out there are 2 screws on the bottom of the tray that the ice bin sits. Remove the icemaker. Chris April 29, 2014 for Model Number rs2555sl I have a Samsung rs2555sl fridge that stopped cooling completely. I replaced the compressor relay (now cooling ) but my control panel buttons don't do anything. Tried the resetting method (power freeze power cool buttons) No blinking lights but no button functions either. I do get a solid lit 3 on the fride temp side if i unplug . Does this sound like a main board problem? Thanks in advance any help would be great.

Herb November 06, 2013 for Model Number RS2555SL The Ice maker was not harvesting ice as fast as it should would be frozen for hours before it would harvest. Bought new ice maker an installed but still the ice maker does not harvest ice in the 90 mins like the manual says. Could the control board be the problem? Is there any voltages on the board to check that the ice maker is sending the temerature to the control board when it is frozen? Thank you
1 Answer Hello Herb. Most likely there is a temp issue. It needs to be between 0 and 5°. If not, it will not cycle properly. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
