Hello Bobodaclown, The first thing you need to try is to empty the ice bin into a bowl and clear any small ice particles from the bottom of the bin. This can be done quickly and easily with hot water in the sink. Put the ice bin back in and see if the auger turns. This can be done by holding the door switch closed with the door open. If this doesn't do it you can try heating the auger motor with a hair dryer for about 15 minutes. If this corrects the issue you will need to set the freezer temperature one number warmer and check for an air leak around the door seals or the ice door.
