Rc L. December 27, 2014 for Model Number KP2671XWH Last attempt to ask question was terminated early. Trying again. Need replacement speed control. Received 9706649 but it does not fit. Board is stamped 9707220. I am replacing a board that I ordered from you ~4 years ago, stamped 60F20240107. Mixer speed is inconsistent and will not run at lower speeds. Jim October 14, 2014 for Model Number KV25GOXMC The mixer is a 5 quart professional 5 plus, stand mixer by Kitchen Aid. The mixer runs wide open, Cannot vary the speed. I have looked up the control board and it is the black knob board. The numbers on the circuit board in the mixer match the numbers on white knob and black knob boards in your diagram When I attempt to check for compatibility on the part I receive a red message stating the part is not compatible for both boards.
