Jeff September 04, 2014 for Model Number SVD48600B Replaced the membrane pad less than six months ago. Oven started flashing and beeping f7 while not in use. Resetting the breaker doesn't help. The only button that functions is the cancel bottom, which cancels the error but it returns about 10 seconds later. Is the membrane bad again or the control panel?
1 Answer Hello Jeff. Check the ribbon cable. If it is good, then the keypad is bad on the unit according to the error code. Read More...
John September 01, 2014 for Model Number 71001799 Hi, We had this replaced a couple of years ago. It is out again. While inspecting the part I noticed it labeled reconditioned. Are these boards repairable? What is the life of a new board? Thanks
1 Answer Hello John! All parts sold by AppliancePartsPros.com are new from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not have any information available stating this board can be rebuilt. Thanks. Read More...
Ruth June 22, 2014 for Model Number SVD48600 I have a JENN-AIR SVD48600 or SVD48600C series. The oven won´t heat; I set is at 350 degrees (or whatever) and it shows in the panel only 100 degrees, but I can even touch the elements and they are not hot. The broiler won´t heat up either. I have had the whole control board changed (very expensive) before and I am hoping that this is simpler to fix and that we can do it ourselves. Could you please comment on this, and let me know what parts to check, and or what parts to buy? Thank you. Ruth
1 Answer Hello Ruth, You should first flip the breaker to the appliance off and then back on. The issue you described can be caused by a tripped breaker. If this doesn't help, the next step will be to remove the bake element and test for complete circuit with a small amount of resistance. If this is good, the relay board W10757086 will be the most likely issue. Read More...

Sharon C. February 12, 2014 for Model Number SVD48600W My Jenn-Air touch pad works with the exception of the bake functions. The clock is displayed and I can set the timer. I tried replacing the Control Board, but there was no difference in function. What might it be?
1 Answer Sharon, from the information provided you'll need to replace the membrane switch part number WP71002310. Thanks! Read More...

Daniel December 26, 2013 for Model Number Jenn-air SVE47500W My display is lit and my burners work fine but every time I try to use the oven all I hear is a very high pitched ringing but the oven does not heat itself. I also get no error codes. Any ideas to what may be wrong?
1 Answer Hello Daniel. It sounds like the oven control board WP71001799 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More...
Scott O. December 11, 2013 for Model Number W30400B This has been going on for many years, but lately with every use….. Our wall oven shuts its self off randomly… usually on preheat or after it reaches temperature. It will sometimes lock the door and disable input buttons.. Yesterday the lock mechanism would just keep rotating to lock hook (lock then open-lock then open) until I shut off the circuit breaker for a while- then it was quiet.. If you wait awhile- sometimes a few minutes to sometimes 20 minutes you can reset the temperature and the oven may preform as expected… but the other day my wife had to reset the oven over 5 times before it would stay on… I have replaced to no avail: 1- the temperature sensor.. 2- the control board… 3-Relay Board… I have no idea what else it could be….?? Any help would be wonderful… Thank you--SCOTT
1 Answer Hello Scott. The only part left is the control panel WP71002300. If a button is bad, and it is sensing it being pressed, it can change the unit and lock it down. Read More...
Ron S. December 02, 2013 for Model Number RF375PXDQ E2 F3 is on the control panel and the oven won"t come on could you tell me what is wrong
1 Answer Ron, The F3 E2 error code indicates an issue in the oven temperature sensor WP8053344 and / or the ERC/Clock 3195183. The oven sensor should have a resistance of 1050 to 1100 ohms at room temperature. You also need to check and make sure the connectors and wiring between the sensor and the ERC have not loosened, or grounded to the chassis or cavity. Read More...
