Cameron January 13, 2015 for Model Number JDS9860BDS My unit has a mind of its own. The fan turns on and cycle through high, low then off. This happens randomly without touching any buttons. The oven now turns off on its own and will not run for any length of time. I am assuming a control panel is needed but want to make sure I get it right the first time. Mark March 17, 2014 for Model Number JDS9865BDP I am having a few problems with my range, JDS9865BDP clock does not keep time, its slow. The regular bake program heats up to desired temp. but will not maintain that temp after, it cools down. Convection programs works ok. It just started with a new problem the display seems as if it's locked bake button convect button just beeps does nothing a reset of the breaker got it to work again but came back.
