Hello Chris. The control board 8302967 is on a national back order from the manufacture and should be available 2/17/2012. We do not know of any way to repair the unit. We only deal in manufacture replacement parts. Sorry.

Hello Rosco! The E6 F2 fault code indicates a cancel key drive is open: 1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board). 2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock). For your model you will use the control panel assembly (membrane switch) part number WP8300427. Thanks!

Brian for Model Number RBD305PDB12

I was getting intermittent "E6 F2" error and blank display. Occasionally get a series of beeps. Oven light works, nothing else does. Re-seated and cleaned ribbon cable connector. Verified continuity at low voltage transformer common leads. Verified 120 on each leg of A/C. Left ribbon cable unplugged for period of time and received "E1 F2" error. After several days with ribbon cable unplugged "E6 F2" error came back. Ordered a Control Panel and replaced last night. It worked... for about 10 minutes - now display is blank. Anything else I should be doing? Control Board is OOS and Thanksgiving dinner is in jeopardy?

Hello Brian. According to the manufacture, if the control panel does not repair the issue, you will need to replace the control board 8302967. Also, if the display is blank, then that leads to the control board as well. Hope this helps.

Hello Eric. You can test the thermal cut off WP9759243. It should read closed for continuity. If it is open, you will need to replace it. If it is good, then you will need to test and see if the control board 8302967 is sending power to the elements. If not, then you will need to replace the control board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Jan for Model Number RBD276PDQ7

Ovens will not turn off when press the upper off and lower off buttons. Have to turn oven off by turning off circuit breaker. Have had the ovens for 11 years. The orange numbers for oven temp etc. have always been very dim, sometimes so dim cannot read them. The green numbers for the time are very clear and and bright. When turned breaker back on and tried oven again, the orange numbers and words were more visible than have been in years. Thought it was working better, but again the ovens would not turn off. Had to turn off breaker to get ovens to turn off. Tried again and the numbers not as bright. I'm thinking I will need a new control panel or could it be the fuse. Thank you, Jan

Hello Jan. Based on your description, it sounds like you may have two problems. You will need to replace the control panel 8300432 for the off button and the control board 8302967 for the display. Hope this helps.
