Hello John. This could be indicitive of a few issues. The easiest to diagnose would be a failing motor or pump assembly. If you hear a hum at the start of the cycle but then nothing happens, this is likely the case. That part is WPW10780877. If this is not the case, you may want to go to the repair forum. Hello Joseph. First disconnect the power to the unit, and remove the inner door panel. The check the ribbon cable going from the control panel WP8574145 to the control board. Make sure it is dry and clean. If so, you will need to replace the control panel and the ribbon cable W10850507. Hope this helps.
