Carsten September 19, 2020 for Model Number GR465LXKS0 Got replacement element W10275049 but the wiring connection tabs are different than the original W10823692. Is there a diagram of what each tab should be on the W10275049? By my ohm meter, the large "L" shaped tab should be RED. The problem is that, with the terminal configuration different, the 1A, 1B, etc. are not labeled and in a different location. 1 Answer Lynda, To replace the top burner element you will open the oven door and remove the 2 or 3 screws under the main top in the door opening. Once this is done, and making sure that power is disconnected, you will then lift the main top and disconnect the harnesses at the back of the maintop.
