Bill, Pull the icemaker out and check to see if the mold of the icemaker is flaking off. If it is then replace the icemaker W10882923.

Akharata, Thanks for the question!!! Sorry to hear you are still having issues. You would want to check the temperature close to the ice maker. The temperature should be about 5 degrees F or lower consistently to produce ice. If the temperature is fluctuating it could cause pauses in or completely stop ice production.

Tom, if the water filter is older than 6 months old, it would be recommended that it is changed out as a clogging filter can prevent a valve from being able to operate properly.

There should be an installation instruction sheet with the kit, if it is missing please contact our Customer Service,1-877-477-7278, and they can email you a copy, unfortunately, there is no repair video at this time.

Tom, it would be recommended that the door chute of the separator WPW10353552 is inspected for an air leak as this can cause the ice to melt together. If there is a gap in the seal of the chute door, the separator would need to be replaced.
