Hello Andrew. The pump WP3363394 needs water to keep it cool. Make sure if you do any extra spins, that there is water added to keep the pump cool. Otherwise, it can crack the pumps from the heat. Hope this helps.

Hello Dave. There are two screws on the back of the endcaps. You will need to remove these screws, and pull forward, and flip the control banel backward, to access the clips holding the cabinet to the frame. Hope this helps.

Hello Kenny! Check the drain hoses to make sure they are not clogged. Also check the drain pump to make sure there isn't anything stuck in the pump restricting it. If all is ok, replace the pump WP3363394. Hope this helps!

Hello Camilo. You will need to check the float and make sure it is not stuck in the full position. Make sure it moves freely up and down. If it is good, you will need to see if your getting power to the water valve. If there is power there, but no water, you will need to replace the water valve 3374621. Hope this helps.
