Francisco, lint remaining on the clothes after a wash cycle is due to several possibilities, none of which are the machines issue. Usually the washer is being overloaded, too many articles to allow the clothes to circulate in the water. Not enough detergent for the load size and degree of soil, water not hot or warm enough to properly activate the detergent chemicals, and "Mixed" loads. Never fill the tub higher than the top of the vanes on the agitator, do not pack the clothes down in the tub, load them 2 or 3 articles at a time, distribute them evenly around the tub / agitator. use the warmest wash water temperature for the type load, and the recommended amount of detergent for the load size and degree of soil. Do not mix polyesters / man made materials with cotton / natural fibers articles natural fibers, produce lint, man made fibers attract lint. This should help solve the lint issue .

Puzzled, The drain pump WP3363394 would be a good place to start, if there is a small article in the pump ( sock, hanky, etc.) or if the impeller bearings are seized, this will jam the pump and the motor wont start and run. If the pump is not the issue, you'll need to circuit test the timer and the motor windings circuits to determine the issue in which component.
