Hello Tom, The rear rollers need to run parallel to the drum, check the roller shafts are straight out from the rear bulkhead panel (90 Degrees),the rollers should spin freely on the shafts, check surface of the drum where the rollers ride, there should be no residue,lastly check the dryer vent is clean and correct .

Betty, It would more than likely be an issue with the rollers or the rollers shafts that would cause the drum to slide off the rollers.

Hello Rhonda, you'll want to look inside the unit to make sure that belt part number 341241 is intact and has the proper tension. If your belt is intact you could have a bad start switch in the motor and will need to replace motor part number 279827. Thanks!
