Tom for Model Number whirlpool WED9150WWO I changed out rollers several months ago with kit. The rear roller has came up cut and needs replaced again. What did I do wrong the last time.?
Answer Hello Tom, The rear rollers need to run parallel to the drum, check the roller shafts are straight out from the rear bulkhead panel (90 Degrees),the rollers should spin freely on the shafts, check surface of the drum where the rollers ride, there should be no residue,lastly check the dryer vent is clean and correct .
