Hello Richard, Be sure the power is discontinued to the unit before beginning since there is 120Vac behind this panel. Remove the overflow grille and put one knee against the freezer door while pulling down and toward yourself on the bottom of the dispense cover. This will snap the bottom loose from the door face. The dispense cover will now lift off the upper retainer tabs. The only thing holding it to the door at this point will be the wiring.

Hello Ron, The thermostat in the icemaker has to reach a temperature below 20°F. When this occurs, the icemaker will cycle and fill with water. It will then monitor the water temperature until it reaches a temperature of about 20°F, at which time the icemaker will cycle and drop ice. As a note, the less the door is opened, the sooner the temperature will reach a satisfactory temperature for cycling.

Greg, When you put a jumper in between T and H and got no response from the icemaker would indicate that the icemaker motor has failed and the module would need to be replace. The module part number is W10190935.
