Hello Eric. Remove the wire from the dispenser valve and place it on the icemaker valve. Press the dispenser level and see if water comes into the icemaker. If not, then the fill tube may still be frozen in the unit, or the water line may not be seated in the valve. Hope this helps.

Jodi, The technician is certain you do not have 120 VAC on the wires to the icemaker solenoid on the fill valves WP12544002 and 12002193 ? if either valve has an "open" circuit or no voltage the icemaker will not fill and make cubes. Based on your post information, you would need the control module and motor assembly, which is not available as separate components, so you will need to order the icemaker assembly D7824706Q Thanks and Good Luck

Hi Gary. You may just have a bent ejector blade. You can remove the front cover and loosen the 4 - corner screws. Then you will have enough play to unjam the blades. If you see calcium build up in the cube areas, this will make ejection harder. You may ohm out the motor windings and the heater for resistance. Ultimately you may be a hole lot better off just to replace the whole ice maker part # 4317943. The thermostat needs to be closed at 14° in order for the motor to advance after the heater is on for approx. 6 seconds to help the ejection process. Thank You.
