Jitu, A few years ago, the manufacturer recommended that all microwave door torsion sprigs be replaced with the stainless steel door panel springs. The parts needed are WP4452395 left side spring, and WP4452396 left side spring. Your oven being a stainless steel model the listed springs should solve your issue.

Hello Ricky, Since your unit is stainless, you will need to order one WP4452395 for the right hand spring and WP4452398 for the left hand spring. The difference in the springs are determined by the weight of the door assembly.

Charles J. for Model Number KEMC378KSS02

I need to replace the door torsion springs for the upper microwave oven of this combination. What is the correct part number for the LH and RH springs? I found P/N 4451008 (AP3046481) but it is listed as a LH spring, and I would like to replace both springs once I get the oven pulled out from the wall to drop the door. I also need to replace the light in this oven. I ordered the bulb, but it is not clear how to change it out, since it does not seem accessible from inside the oven cavity.
