Curt, Did you not have a error code ( F1, F68, LF, etc.). You would want to check the air dome hose, from the control assembly down to the righr side of the outer tub, make sure it's not kinked, twisted, or clogged, this could disrupt the air pressure to the water level circuit in the control WPW10299400. We're sending you some additional information, that should help you out. Thanks and Good Luck

Hello Tamara. Based on the model number you provided, 3949247V is the correct lid switch. To replace the lid switch, Disconnect the power to the unit. Remove the two screws in the back corners of the control panel securing the control panel. Pull the control panel forward and flip it backwards. Next unplug the lid switch and remove the two brass colored clips securing the cabinet to the back wall using a flat blade screwdriver to pry them out. Pull on the front of the cabinet and slide the cabinet off the frame of the washer. You can now access and replace the lid switch 3949247V. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.

Hello Paula928. Check and make sure the water is filling correctly from the cold and the hot valve. If one is slow, check and make sure the screens are not clogged. If not, replace the water valve. If the water is good on the unit, you may need to replace the timer WP3954563 is it stops and then starts back on it's own. Make sure the motor is not overheating and shutting off on the unit. Hope this helps.
