Replaced thermistor and PC board . Not exactly sure which one fixed it but in guessing the pc board and the thermistor wasnt but $15.00 or something so we decided just to change it too .. And use a small piece of masking tape on small screws removi g the pc board and you wo t have to fight with it so much . And you can number your wires or we just unscrewed board and took one wire at a time and connected on other board Oh , and unplug before you start . :-) Lisa from Mississippi...

Quick swap of power board and control board got unit up and running in 5 minutes. Not sure which part was bad but it was cheap enough to swap both parts out. Parts were on my doorstep in about 24 hours, total downtime was less than 48 hours.
