The exhaust systems on lawn and garden equipment are just as important as those on a vehicle. They need a good seal to prevent a leak between the carburetor and the exhaust tube, which would allow air leakage that could cause performance issues and loud noise. Over time all exhaust gaskets deteriorate and require a full replacement. It is relatively easy to replace an exhaust gasket and requires only the use of screw drivers, a socket set or a wrench set depending on the device being service.
