This is a plastic vent grille that covers the air intake or exhaust area on the refrigerator, typically located at the bottom front or top of the unit. It allows airflow to the condenser while keeping debris out. This defrost heater is mounted near the evaporator coils and generates heat to melt frost buildup during the automatic defrost cycle.
