Bought and installed new hinges. Repair took about an hour but I also cleaned all the glass inside and out on both oven doors. Troubleshot the oven by checking the broiler which worked good (same fuel valve). After reading the some tips about troubleshooting the Glow Ignitor I could see the broiler ignitor got white hot and the oven ignitor only got bright orange (orange to red causes intermittent ignition or mini explosions). This couldn't have been simpler! Removed the glass panel by taking out 4 screws on the bottom that were accessed by opening the oven door. Lifted up, then pulled the panel forward, released one electrical connection, and the panel was disconnected and could be laid on a flat surface.
