I had to take the top panels off and two back panels off. Took off about thirty screws. It was very dirty and dusty inside so I took the lower panels off as well to clean and vacuum it. The hardest part was getting the double oven out of the cabinet. Overall it was very doable. Read more

The first attempt was to replace the sensor board on the lower cooling fan motor. That didn’t fix the problem. Next, I replaced the lower cooling fan. The oven is working correctly for now. Incredibly simple. There were a few videos on-line but not for our oven. So I just went at it from the back side incrementally removing screws and panels to get to the glass. The only misstep was removing the 4 screws for the hinges which didn’t have to come off. Hardest part was cleaning up the shattered glass. Move stove to unplug, remove rear center panel, indentify the two spade connectors that feed the heating element and remove (unplug) them. Remove two screws that hold the element to the inside rear wall of the stove and remove element. Install new element, plug in the previously removed spade connectors, re-install rear center panel, plug range (power) in, move stove back into place and enjoy. Read more

This is a high-amp SPDT (single pole, double throw) switch used in the oven door mechanism. It detects whether the oven door is open or closed and signals the control to enable or disable certain functions such as the oven light or broil element. Replace this switch if the oven light does not turn on or off when the door is opened or closed, or if the oven does not operate correctly in relation to door position.
Replaced faulty latch with new latch. New latch was different configuration, but the fit was okay. The only issue was that the wires to the electric motor were just barely long enough. Overall easy repair if you have a T15 Torx bit, phillips screwdriver, and 1/4" nut driver. Hardest part is removing the gas cooktop to gain access to the cleaning latch. 0.
