This black rubber door gasket seals the gap between the refrigerator's French door and the cabinet to maintain proper internal temperature. It attaches along the perimeter of the door and creates an airtight seal when closed. Replace this gasket if the refrigerator runs constantly, forms frost or condensation inside, or if the seal is cracked, torn, or no longer holds the door closed with a firm grip.

This defrost heater is mounted near the evaporator coils and generates heat to melt frost buildup during the automatic defrost cycle.
