In an attempt to clean the range from the grease-gunk build-up, I had to remove the burner heads. My appliance is a Whirlpool Accubake Wall Oven, single door. After using the tech sheet and measuring the ohms of the two micro switches that sends signals when the door is shut and locked, determined the lock was faulty. Pretty simple to change, the most difficult part was taking the digital face off of the oven without damaging the control board. I replaced both igniters (WP part #s 8191123 and WP8054129) but no luck. I should've tested mine first for continuity b/c I learned it's a pretty easy test with a multi-meter. Next, I tested the high-limit thermostat fuse (WP part # 8300802) b/c this often blows, especially after using the self-cleaning function. Could not level stove. Front leveling legs had pieces broken out where leg contacted floor. Back leveling legs were worn and did not stay at corrected height when stove returned to full weight on floor. Replaced both front and back leveling legs, and stove was able to be leveled.
