Watched the video on how to replace. Ordered new roller, which was delivered in just a couple of days. Since the roller had broke, I was unable to roll out the refrigerator, so I tilted the refrigerator back and placed a small furniture slider under the roller frame to prevent gouging the wood floor. This is a small coupling washer that connects the ice crusher drive mechanism in the refrigerator's freezer compartment. It transfers rotational force from the motor to the ice crushing blades, allowing the dispenser to crush ice properly.
