The ice dispenser chute door had not been sealing for years. The ice cubes on the lower portion of the ice bin would melt enough eventually to then freeze up into a big, amalgamated blob of ice due to ambient air coming up the chute. I left the door on. I shimmed it with wood blocks an a magazine. Adjusting the number of pages under wood gave a snug, customer fit. I only replaced the lower block. I would recommend getting the complete dual door kit, with both upper and lower cams. It's only a couple of bucks more and then you have a brand new system. Read more
