I removed the lower door panel and kickplate (4 screws) to access the door springs. Replaced the door springs by hand. The nylon guides, through which the door guides travel, were easy to replace. I removed the broken ones and snapped in the new ones. I recommend a drop of epoxy on the upper portion of each guide to keep it from shifting.
