I reviewed the schematic and saw the Volute Seal, and Impeller Seal were the two that were closest my source of water. The repair took less than 5 minutes. It is too bad that just the rubber seal is not available. Seems wasteful to have to replace the whole tube when nothing else was wrong with it. Kick plate was easy; screw holes in the wrong place, but used double-sided tape instead and worked great. Didn't need the extra screws ordered; it came with them.
