Kick plate was easy; screw holes in the wrong place, but used double-sided tape instead and worked great. Didn't need the extra screws ordered; it came with them. I figured out that it was probably a plugged pump hose, since the pump would run, it somtimes it drained and sometimes it didn't. Removed bottom cover, located leak at float switch, removed and replaced float switch kit.
