Found the wonderful parts diagrams you most generously share online and a couple of YouTube videos . I determined it should be repairable. In my cast the agitator shaft was frozen (rusted) in place. I was very fortunate to have been able to eventually remove it with the use of a lot of BP penetrating oil and heat. This injector seal fits the refrigerator's water injector. It restores a tight, watertight/airtight connection where the injector passes through the liner or mates to the fill tube, helping prevent leaks and frost around the opening.
1. Sleeve for input, Injector valve, nozzle and seal for input fixed this problem. Probably the main part that was the trouble was a deformed Injector Valve which is a rubber tube with an internal retention groove at the wide part that grips the Nozzle. Called a Maytag repair man, said "the bumpers are no longer available".
